Rue la Medina, Hammamet View On Map
We have just returned and although I had seen a couple of poor reviews, I don't know what complaints would have been about. We found the food very good, and as I'm a coeliac, the rep arranged for the head waiter to meet me every meal time and take me round all the dishes, explain what they where, and he told me what I could and could not eat. The hotels beach area was fine for the sea, the sand, and great sun beds, but the staff on the beach appeared to think they were on holiday, a bit too relaxed.
The rooms were cleaned every day and the towels and sheets were changed every day. The passage ways are wide, so the kids run along so a bit of noise echo's around the room, but that's not the hotels fault. For an all inclusive hotel I think you get your money's worth. I have stayed in worse hotels in Spain and in Turkey, so if you have booked to go to this hotel, enjoy your holiday. If you have a problem see the rep Ondine, she is great, I would really suggest speaking to her on arrival to ensure gluten free food. We would be happy to back tomorrow.
