Norway - Hotels
For some, a hotel is just somewhere to stay the night and to eat breakfast in the morning. However, if you are following a GF diet then the ability to provide with a good breakfast and an in house restaurant can be high on your list of priorities. Here are some of our recommendations.

Rica Oslo Hotel

The included breakfast buffet at the Rica Oslo Hotel included WASA gluten free crisp bread. Since it is a buffet you'll need to keep an eye out for cross contamination, but there were plenty of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and other naturally gluten free foods. The last day there they also had gluten free/dairy free multigrain bread available as well! (In hindsight, I suspect they were out of it and perhaps would have restocked sooner had I asked.)
