We stayed for the second time, in an Executive Room and had access to the Club Lounge. Throughout our week long stay everyone bent over backwards to be helpful and we found all the stafff charming. As a Coeliac my life is normally fraught with difficulties but the Chef's bent over backwards to cook for me and even took the time to guide me round the dining room to ensure that I knew exactly what I could and couldn't eat from the buffet. It isn't cheap but for us it was worth every penny.
